Homecare Care Assessment Officer x2
One post full time post & one post fixed term for 12 months
Salary : £19,760 pa
40 hours per week Flexible

Local Solutions Homecare Service requires an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to conduct quality audits, reviews and assessments to ensure the service is fit for purpose, along with conducting observations/assessments of staff within the workplace to ensure they have the skills to deliver a quality service and contribute towards the development of systems, policies and procedures to bring on-going improvement and compliance.
Previous experience is in health and social care is essential and experience in completing person centered care plans, along with caring and professional attitude and the ability to work in a busy environment, we require someone who is a team player, flexible, organised and is able to work well under pressure. There is a requirement for flexibility around travel to other sites and some weekend and out of hours working.
Applicants must have use of a private vehicle and have access to a mobile telephone. A comprehensive training and induction programme will be provided.
Applicants must have or be working towards NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care

Senior Care Workers
Part Time & Full Time
Based in Liverpool & St Helens
Salary: £8.50 per hour
Monday – Friday & £8.72 per hour Saturday & Sunday
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic charity and play a key role in the community mentoring care support workers, dealing with breakdowns in the community, starting new care packages, completing observations and supervision in the community to ensure a safe, effective and quality caring service is delivered.
Local Solutions is looking for a self-motivated individual who is keen to take the next step in their career and has a real passion for social care. You will have excellent caring and communication skills, along with good attention to details. Experience of working in a health and/or social care setting is essential. Applicants should ideally have an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Care and/or equivalent. We are recruiting staff who can meet one or more of the following shifts:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday; 7 am – 1 pm and/or 4 – 10 pm

Care Support Workers
Care Support Workers provide practical support and personal care to individuals within their own homes. In addition, the role involves encouraging social inclusion within the community or assisting with the service user’s independence to ensure that their dignity is maintained whilst receiving assistance. Care Support Workers assist a diverse range of service user groups within the local community who are benefitting from the tailor made care packages on offer.
Mobile Night Care Support Workers
Mobile Night Care Support Workers provide practical support and personal care to individuals within their own homes across Liverpool. Mobile Night Care Support Workers assist a diverse range of service user groups within the local community who are benefitting from the tailor made care packages on offer. Driver’s are essential for this role and petrol allowance is included. As this is evening work, our Mobile Night Care Support workers will be on an enhanced rate of pay.
