LOCATION: Local Solutions Homecare – Scotland Road
HOURS: Full Time
SALARY: £19,700 Per Annum
Local Solutions Homecare Service requires an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to work for the Homecare Referral Team. The successful candidate will work to ensure that the referrals into our Homecare Service from new and existing customers are managed efficiently and professionally.
For this role you will liaise between multiple local authority commissioners and operational branch teams. Previous experience in Health and Social Care is desirable, along with a caring and professional attitude and the ability to work in a busy environment. We require someone who is flexible, organised and is able to work well under pressure. The individual must be an effective communicator and team player as well as having good data management skills to keep the rest of the department up to date with referral activity and outcomes.
A comprehensive training and induction programme will be provided.
