HOURS: 40 per week
Local Solutions Home Care Service requires an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to lead the Homecare referral team.. The Succesful candidate will work with an existing group of referral officers to ensure that the referrals into our homecare service from new and existing customers are managed efficiently and professionally.
The Referrals coordinator will play a fundamental role in liaising between multiple local authority commissioners and operational branch teams. Previous experience is in health and social care is desirable, along with a caring and professional attitude and the ability to work in a busy environment, we require someone who is flexible, organised and is able to work well under pressure. The individual must be an effective communicator and team player as well as having good data management skills to keep the rest of the department up to date with referral activity and outcomes.
A comprehensive training and induction programme will be provided.
