Cluster Care Support Workers provide practical support and personal care to individuals within their own homes for a short period of time while a permanent care support worker can be sourced.

SALARY: £9.30 per hour weekdays & £9.75 per hour weekends £19,530 per annum (pro-rata)

Homeground urgently requires Bank Project Workers to provide support to homeless young people accommodated within the hostel. You will be expected to work with residents to develop the skills needed to promote them into independent living. Experience of working with young people is desirable, preferably within a residential setting. Ideally you should have a background within a care discipline.

LOCATION: Liverpool

SHIFT PATTERNS: 10pm-8am (block shifts and pay)

SALARY: £8.56 per hour weekdays & £8.86 per hour weekends £18,000 per annum (pro-rata)

Mobile Night Care Support Workers provide practical support and personal care to individuals within their own homes across Liverpool. As this is evening work, our Mobile Night Care Support workers will be on an enhanced rate of pay.

LOCATION: Local Solutions Homecare - Scotland Road 

HOURS: Full and Part Time Positions Available 

SALARY: £20,020 Per Annum Pro Rata.  £9.50 Monday - Thursday £10.00 Friday - Sunday (45p per mile mileage)

Mobile Nights Senior Care Support Workers are responsible for mentoring Care Support Workers. They deal with breakdowns in the community, starting new care packages, completing observations and supervisions in the community. All to ensure a safe, effective and quality caring service is delivered. 

LOCATION: Local Solutions Homecare - Scotland Road 

HOURS: 40 Hours. 4 shifts on and 4 shifts off -  Shifts are 10:00pm until 8:00am 

SALARY: £22,859.20 Pro Rata Per Annum (45p per mile mileage)

 

Mobile Nights Care Coordinators oversee service continuity and quality during mobile nights hours of operation. They provide customer support to service users and care delivery staff during the operational hours of the mobile nigh service.  They will liase with appropriate health and social care professionals to ensure that the service is effective and responsive to service user needs.
