This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic charity as we are recruiting for an experienced Head of Homecare to manage and lead our Homecare Department, this includes managing three registered managers, two of which manage large Local Authority Domiciliary Care contracts.  The third Registered manager operates a small specialised dementia unit.  The role will also be managing a Safeguarding and Dignity Manager who oversees quality and safeguarding.

HOURS: Full Time (4 on 4 off)
SALARY: £19,125 per annum

 

Homeground requires Night Support Workers to provide support to homeless young people and adults accommodated within the hostel. You will be expected to work with residents to develop a safe, secure and supportive environment.

Local Solutions is looking to appoint an Hostel Manager for Homeground Hostel providing support and accommodation for 16-21 year olds.

LOCATION: Kirkby & Sefton
SALARY: £8.05 per hour weekdays & £8.40 per hour weekends/ 15p mile/mileage - £16,889.60 per annum (pro-rata)

Care Support Workers provide practical support and personal care to individuals within their own homes as part of Homecare Kirkby & Sefton. In addition, the role involves encouraging social inclusion within the community or assisting with the service user’s independence to ensure that their dignity is maintained whilst receiving assistance. Care Support Workers assist a diverse range of service user groups within the local community who are benefitting from the tailor made care packages on offer.

LOCATION: Sunraye, Connah's Quay, Flintshire
HOURS: 72 Hours per 4 week rota
SALARY: £7,488per annum

SALARY: £9.05 weekdays; £9.50/hr weekends; 30p/mile mileage
HOURS: Mon-Sun/Full & Part time hours available; Contracted - Block Pay - £18,907.20 per annum (pro-rata)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic charity and play a key role in the community mentoring care support workers, dealing with breakdowns in the community, starting new care packages, completing observations and supervision in the community to ensure a safe, effective and quality caring service is delivered.

LOCATION: Scotland Road, Liverpool
SALARY: £ 7.83 per hour

Homeground urgently requires Bank Project Workers to provide support to homeless young people accommodated within the hostel. You will be expected to work with residents to develop the skills needed to promote them into independent living. Experience of working with young people is desirable, preferably within a residential setting. Ideally you should have a background within a care discipline.

LOCATION: Liverpool
SALARY: £8.40 per hour weekdays & £8.70 per hour weekends plus 30p/mile mileage

Shifts: 10pm-8am

Mobile Night Care Support Workers provide practical support and personal care to individuals within their own homes across Liverpool. Mobile Night Care Support Workers assist a diverse range of service user groups within the local community who are benefitting from the tailor made care packages  on offer. Driver’s are essential for this role and petrol allowance is included. As this is evening work, our Mobile Night Care Support workers will be on an enhanced rate of pay.
