Homecare St Helens

Our Homecare Service operates across St Helens delivering Domiciliary Care.

How to access this service?

If you think that you might benefit from a service, you may approach us directly or you may be referred to us by St Helens Adult social services. In either case, we will use the information that we have about you sensitively and in confidence.

What would happen next?

We will need to talk to you about what is important to you and how the service can be shaped around you. We would want to involve any friends, family or advocates that you choose to be part of this discussion.

A member of our team will meet with you in your home to discuss in detail what you are looking for from your package of care and any particular goals or outcomes that you may wish to achieve. From these discussions we will develop a care plan that is tailored to you.
