Our adult social care services provide a wide range of support to enable people to continue to live at home and access the community around them. Our support packages are flexible and adapted as an individual’s care needs, objectives and goals change. We can provide planned services throughout the day and night.
The people we care for have told us that knowing their care will be provided on time and where possible by regular carers that they can get to know is very important to them. We are committed to valuing and responding to the experiences of people using our service and we do our utmost to ensure that the service treats people with dignity and respect.
