Homecare service user celebrates 100th birthday!

John has been receiving care from Local solutions for some time now. During that time he has formed great connections with his carers. Sean, who was one of his carers before advancing to a different position within our Homecare service a few months ago, took time away from his work so he could see John on his big day.

Sean had got John a birthday card and a special box of chocolates to help him celebrate his big day. John also received a variety of gifts from friends, family and other organisations whom John has made a lasting impression.

The timing of Sean's visit couldn't have been better, with a very special birthday card arriving shortly after he did, from Her Majesty The Queen. It was a very rare experience and a privilege to be a part of.
