AIMS celebration day

The AIMS team will support young people aged 16-21 (extendable to 24 year olds) who are with leaving care services or who have experience of the care system. The team is made up of Trans-Disciplinary workers with experience in multiple fields who can take a flexible approach to meet changing needs and who have knowledge of the client group and the wider community.

The service operates from a 'Young Person's Hub' on Scotland Road and offer flexible support to young people. The service was relaunched this year thanks to funding from the Linbury Trust, One Ark, Lankelly Chase and Liverpool City Council.

Young people work with dedicated mentors, to work on developing skills such as, personal and social development skills, and accommodation, independent living & life skills.
