Bullybusters recieves funding from the LFC Foundation through Cash For Kids

Bullybusters is a help and advice service that aims to support victims of bullying and their families. To Achieve this, Bullybusters operates a free & confidential helpline and a full anti bullying initiative. The Bullybusters team attends schools and works with multiple organisations to provide anti bullying sessions to young people. These sessions cover a wide range of topics but a common theme is to recognize bullying and its effects.

The LFC Foundation Community Fund was set up using £100,000 of the money raised at this years Liverpool Legends charity match. The fund is being administered by Cash For Kids.

Our Bullybusters Service has been granted funds to provide items for young people to take away and spread the anti bullying message. As well as spreading messages of anti bullying, the items will be a reminder of the Bullybusters helpline and the number to call if you or someone you know is being affected by bullying. Having a lifeline to help prevent bullying is vitally important as bullying can affect children's self-esteem, mental health, health and wellbeing, and ability to engage with education.
