Salford's Care Leavers benefit from Resettlement Passport

Salford's Care Leavers are benefiting from Local Solutions' Resettlement Passport thanks to a partnership between Citywest Housing Trust and Salford's leaving care service 'Next Step.'  The Housing Association work closely with 'Next Step' to support young people as they transition into independent living and have funded the provision of the online Resettlement Passport tenancy skills course as part of this support.

Watch this video to hear feedback from a care leaver and staff from 'Next Step' and Citywest Housing Trust:

A big thank you to everyone involved and we would like to wish Paul all the best for the future.

The Resettlement Passport is a tenancy skills course that came out of Local Solutions' work with homeless young people and is now being used by 35 organisations nationally.  If you would like to find out more, please visit the Resettlement Passport website.
