Our Homecare services provide a wide range of support to enable people to continue to live at home and access the community around them. Our support packages are flexible and adapted as an individual’s care needs, objectives and goals change. We can provide planned services throughout the day and night.
The people we care for have told us that knowing their care will be provided on time and where possible by regular carers that they can get to know is very important to them. We are committed to valuing and responding to the experiences of people using our service and we do our utmost to ensure that the service treats people with dignity and respect.

Our domiciliary care service offers people support at home in Liverpool, St Helens, Sefton and Knowsley to achieve their short and long terms goals. These can include effectively managing short and long-term health conditions, maintaining physical and emotional wellbeing, effectively managing finances, living a fulfilled life and engaging meaningfully with the community.

This service supports people to access services and places in the community, that they would otherwise struggle to get to. We can support anyone who struggles to access their local community including people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health diagnosis, acquired brain injury, and substance misuse issues.

Local Solutions' Homecare service are following the latest guidance from Public Health England around the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for care support workers. The welfare of our staff and the people we serve in the community is our priority and we are continuing to closely monitor the situation and guidance.
