Based at Plas Bellin Hall
Salary: £22,000 per annum
40 hours per week rolling shifts Monday- Friday 8am-4pm & 11am-7pm
Post includes a Paid lunch hour
Plas Bellin Hall has a vacancy for a Family Coordinator to provide direct advice and support to homeless families placed in the project.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate assessment, mediation, crisis intervention skills, partnership/ joint agency working and have the ability to undertake comprehensive support planning. You should have a minimum of an NVQ L3 or equivalent in a relevant discipline and direct experience of working with families in a housing or support capacity.
Applicants must have a current driving licence and permanent use of a private vehicle. The post will be subject to flexible working and may require some working outside of normal business hours during the evening.
