Introducing our new 6 month paid work placement programme ILM Access to Work

Are you 16-29 years old?

Not in Education, Employment or Training?

This ILM Access to Work Intense Mentoring model aims to target people aged 16-29 years within our Liverpool City Region who are NEET or Long term unemployed by providing them with a 6 Month paid placement and on-going mentor support to aide progression into employment.

Our vocational areas include -

  • Health & Social Care

Why not join our ILM Access to Work programme

  • 6 month paid work placement within the care industry.

  • Job Search skills training including CV preparation, interview skills, job search awareness of employment, self employment and training opportunities.

  • Planned training sessions to support improvement with employment opportunities to include Functional Skills, ICT and motivational techniques.

  • Mentor providing additional support throughout to assess and review progress.

  • Work towards a recognised qualification to aide progression to employment.
