What does Local Solutions have to offer parents who require childcare facilities?

Local Solutions endeavours to meet the needs of families in Liverpool and Knowsley by providing nursery facilities, wrap around childcare, before/after school services and holiday play schemes for children.  We offer high quality affordable and flexible childcare and have a team of fully qualified staff working within our facilities.

We work closely with the Early Years and Childcare Development Partnership in Knowsley in providing wrap around educational services – i.e. support for parents or carers requiring additional childcare beyond the formal school day.

We operate eleven childcare facilities in Liverpool and Knowsley 

A programme of training, leading to National Vocational Qualifications, is available for people who wish to enhance their future employability.  Alongside this, a range of educational courses are on offer within some of our facilities, subjects include healthy eating, confidence building, stress management, food and hygiene, to augment their knowledge towards a healthier lifestyle.  Click Here to learn more about our training courses.

Local Solutions Childcare Facilities

All our childcare facilities are registered with OFSTED and have a reputation for providing quality care and education for children and families.  OFSTED reports are available upon request.

During the holiday playschemes we offer a programme of supervised activities such as visits to places of interest, sports and games with our team of fully qualified staff.  All Early Years Staff receive continued professional development through internal and external training and have an up to date disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau.
