Employment Preparation for Disabled People  

The Local Solutions’ Training Department is being particularly effective in promoting equality for people with disabilities in developing specific courses to meet their needs and encourage them to re-enter the workplace. 

In partnership with the Jobcentre Plus’ North West Disability Service, a series of tailored work preparation programmes are delivered to people across the North West. All programmes endeavour to help people with disabilities gain the confidence and skills to return to the world of work.
