Measures taken to Prevent Crime

Is your home an easy target for burglars?

 The fear of crime can be distressing to individuals and create anxiety and breakdown in communities.

Local Solutions in association with the Safer Merseyside Partnership and other statutory and voluntary bodies has initiated security and crime prevention measures that aim to prevent burglary to homes that could be vulnerable to such crime.

These schemes – The Alleygating project and Safe and Sound have both been recognised by the police as having reduced crime figures and subsequently playing a crucial role in building safer communities within the inner city.
