The Carers Project produces a quarterly newsletter, which is mailed to over 2,400 carers who are registered on the Project’s database. The free publication is a valuable source of information for carers, many of whom feel isolated in their caring role.

welfare benefits, legislation and government initiatives
national/regional support groups and helplines
regional service providers and agencies
general health issues and medical matters
letters and questions from carers
competitions, leisure activities
