Money Advice Service

Local Solutions offers a FREE , confidential and impartial Money Advice Service. The service is delivered in partnership with the Legal Services Commission and Consortium Partners Linkskills Solicitors (who deliver welfare benefits) and Jackson and Canter Solicitors (who deliver housing advice).

To qualify, individuals must be on low income or be in receipt of certain benefits such as Income Support, Job Seekers Allowance, Employment and Support Allowance, Incapacity Benefit, Guaranteed Pensions Credit,

• Dealing with Emergencies – i.e. Bailiffs, Repossession Action  
• Negotiating Affordable payments with Creditors
• Representation at County Court/Magistrate Court Hearings
