The Flexiqual is a completely flexible qualification.  It offers Learners a wide variety of units which they can pick and choose from to create a custom-built qualification, according to a set of ‘Rules of Combination’.  Learners, by using a variety of units, will be able to create Award, Certificate and Diploma sized qualifications, depending on credits achieved. Examples of units available are:

·         Wordprocessing

·         Spreadsheets

·         Internet and e-mail

·         PowerPoint Presentations

·         Database

Additionally, a mandatory unit ‘Improving Productivity’ is needed to achieve the qualification. Learners carry out work- based tasks to demonstrate competence using specific software. For further details of qualifications available you can also visit the BCS website http://www.bcs.org/
