Basic Food Hygiene

Course Details:
This course concentrates on the basic principles of good practice involved in handling food safety in the workplace. The course is offered as a 1 day course (6 hours).

The topics covered within the course are:

  • Introduction to food safety
  • Cleaning and disinfection
  • Food pests
  • Premises and equipment
  • Food safety control

Qualifications available: C.I.E.H certificated
