Basic Food Hygiene
Course Details:
This course concentrates on the basic principles of good practice
involved in handling food safety in the workplace. The course is
offered as a 1 day course (6 hours).
The topics covered within the course are:
- Introduction to food safety
- Cleaning and disinfection
- Food pests
- Premises and equipment
- Food safety control
Qualifications available:
C.I.E.H certificated

- Be able to use the certificates as solid proof of underpinning
knowledge against criteria in other qualifications.
