Class of 2012

As always on graduation day, it was an emotional time at the University of Liverpool Children’s Centre as 10 youngsters came to the end of their time at nursery.

The occasion is a calendar highlight for ULCC with a special day had by children and parents alike. The event began with a graduation ceremony where little ones (complete with mini caps and gowns) each received medals, a memory book and t shirts featuring their favourite characters from books.

Pre school class then shared with the proud group of parents which occupation they plan to enter into once fully grown. The clear winner was ‘princess’ and included an unexpected ’Jedi'!

The momentous day was rounded off with a party for children from all classes and commemorative photographs taken to be treasured forever.

Centre Manager, Julie Rabaca, who has recently joined the Centre, gave thanks for family friends for attending and making her first 'graduation' a day to remember. She commented: “We wish the little ones all the luck in the world - they have been a pleasure to care for."
