A fond farewell

A special event was held today for the manager of the University of Liverpool Children’s Centre, Jean Graham, to mark her forthcoming retirement.

Jean has worked for Local Solutions since 2000 and has been employed in childcare for 46 years. Representatives from Liverpool University, Liverpool City Council and Local Solutions were in attendance to mark the occasion, to thank Jean and wish her well in her future.

Senior Manager, Heather Akehurst, commented: "During Jean's career she has provided support (and comfort) to thousands of little people, their families and bigger people. We wish her well and will miss her knowledge, understanding and compassion."
