Carers Christmas Craft Fair

On Friday, 28th November, Liverpool Carers Centre held a Christmas Craft Fair. Carers and staff enjoyed and participated in a range of craft demonstrations, including card making.

Various competitions were featured at the event, including a raffle, tombola and ‘name the teddy bear’ - the proceeds of which will be put towards health related activities for carers, which are held regularly throughout the year.

The Carers Project works with over 3,000 carers and their dependants in Liverpool to deliver free support services that meet their needs. The centre is a location where carers can access information about helpful services, obtain welfare rights information, take part in stress busting exercises and simply meet with other carers in similar circumstances and take time out from their caring role.
